Terms of Service

These terms apply to the services provided by Netzara Tech Hub Limited ("Netzara", "we", "us"). By asking us for a quote, signing an agreement or paying us, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We design and build apps, software, websites and mobile solutions, and connect systems together. The scope, price, schedule and any deposit for each project are agreed with you in writing before work starts.

2. Quotes and payment

Quotes are given in writing in US dollars or naira, as agreed. We invoice by deposit, milestone or on delivery, as the agreement says. Payment is by bank transfer or through a payment provider we name on the invoice. Work may be paused if an invoice is overdue.

3. Your content and ownership

You keep the ownership of the content, brand and data you give us. Ownership of the finished work passes to you when the agreed price is paid in full, unless the written agreement says otherwise. We may keep our own tools, code libraries and know-how, and may show the finished project in our portfolio with your permission.

4. Changes

Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.

5. Acceptable use

You may not ask us to build or run anything that breaks the law, harms others or infringes someone else's rights. We may decline or stop work that does.

6. Delivery and support

We give a delivery date for each project and work to meet it. Support after delivery is whatever the agreement states. We cannot promise software will be free of every error, but we fix faults in delivered work as the agreement states.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
